Terms and Condition

1. Techclaro Solutions reserves the right to extend the deadline or change the Project Commercials in case of any change in the briefing from the Client in the later stages of the project.
2. Making of the AVs, Videos, Snapshots, images, Photo shoots or any other such materials, not included within the mentioned scope but required for the project is not within the scope of the proposal provided. The client will be charged separately for the making/purchase of the above-mentioned deliverables as per the scope of work involved.
3. Any communication for the project such as briefs, feedback, suggestions, etc. will be strictly via mail.
4. In case of any extreme reason which requires scrapping of the project midway, Techclaro Solutions is entitled to hand-over the source files for the work completed till that point to the client on receipt of respective payments for those stages.
5. Techclaro Solutions is entitled to use client names and logos for marketing purposes which include banner, poster, portfolio, profile and in social media.
6. The client would be required to brief, offer feedback and designate an appropriate contact, available at any given time to coordinate with the project for successful completion of the development plan.
7. Techclaro Solutions is entitled to hand-over all the soft copies of the project to the client on completion of the contract, subject to prior 100% payment of the Service charges by the Client.
8. Techclaro Solutions will not be responsible for data loss or other issues in services provided by third party for the project.
9. Any delay in feedback, approvals or handover of desired content may affect the promised timelines of the projects. Techclaro Solutions does not take responsibility for such delays which will in turn affect the project completion deadline.
10. Any urgent requirements with unreasonable deadlines will be under the sole acceptance of Techclaro Solutions.
11. The proposal is valid for 10 days from the date of the proposal submission.
12. Any additional content to be added to the project should be provided as per the required schedule.
13. Payment once remitted shall not be returned at any cost.
14. The frequency of the above-mentioned deliverables is limited to once. Any repetition in the delivery of the deliverables would be charged extra.
15. The AMC service will only be started after the day after the Website/App goes live.(Applicable only if the client has any active AMC service with us).
16. All payments should be settled within 30 days, from the date of the invoice.
17. Force Majeure: This proposal is subject to the force majeure clause wherein consultants are obligated to meet the proposal commitments, except for any untoward incidents created through incidents beyond the control of Techclaro Solutions and the client, including natural causes, riots, war, COVID 19 and other such incidents which would make it impossible for the company.

The above-mentioned terms and conditions are valid for the whole contract tenure starting from the day of the convention.
